Fast Windows POS
Barcode and SKU entry, split tenders, holds, returns, receipts, shifts, inventory and customer management.
Offline-first retail operations
Habesha POS combines a resilient Windows checkout with secure cloud synchronization and a responsive owner portal.
Checkout remains local-first when internet service is unavailable. Cloud access is authenticated and scoped by organization and store.
Product features
Barcode and SKU entry, split tenders, holds, returns, receipts, shifts, inventory and customer management.
Local sales continue during outages and synchronize through a durable, retry-safe queue after connectivity returns.
Authorized owners can review sales, inventory, users, stores, devices and audit information from the secure portal.
Organization and store permissions are enforced server-side so users see only the information they are authorized to access.
Support
Authorized customers should use the support contact supplied with their Habesha POS service agreement. Never send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data or database backups by email.
Privacy
Habesha POS is designed to collect only business information needed to operate the service. It does not store CVV, magnetic-stripe data or full payment-card numbers. Each business remains responsible for its notices, retention decisions and lawful use of customer information.
Terms
Access is limited to authorized organizations, stores, users and registered devices. Users must protect credentials, follow applicable Canadian laws and payment-provider rules, and promptly report suspected misuse. Final commercial terms are provided in the applicable service agreement.
